Hundreds of Israeli Air Force personnel released a statement calling to end the war, stop killing innocent Gazans and get back the hostages.
Numbered approximately 970 personnel, IDF asked signatories to withdraw their signatures or face expulsion from the army. Pilots said in their letter;
“We, reserve and retired air force personnel, demand the immediate return of the hostages, even at the cost of an immediate cessation of fighting. At this time, the war primarily serves political and personal interests rather than security interests”…
Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized signatories in one of his tweets.
