Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University (FSMVU), based in Istanbul, has started to accept applications from international students. The university, currently operating under the Turkish Ministry of Culture & Tourism, has already more than 1300 foreign students from 69 countries.
FSMVU has 8 faculties, an institute of graduate studies, 2 vocational schools, 2 language schools, 22research centers and 3 centers located in 7 campuses within the historic peninsula of Istanbul. It also has constructed a brand new campus in Merkez Efendi neighborhood of Istanbul to host more than 8000 students. All campuses are in the city center and easily accessible.
