Forbes has included 2 people this year in the lists it makes every year as ‘the richest in the world’ and ‘the richest Turk’. While there are the same people at the top of the list as last year, the total wealth of 27 Turkish billionaires was determined as approximately 56.1 billion dollars.
This year, 27 Turks from Turkey were included in the list of the world’s richest people, which Forbes magazine regularly announces every year. As has been the case for a long time, Murat Ülker took the first place in the list. According to the news compiled by Ekonomim from Capital.com.tr, Baykar Chairman Selçuk Bayraktar, who was the income tax record holder in 2021 and 2022, and Baykar General Manager Haluk Bayraktar, who ranked second on the tax list, were the new names added to Forbes’ list this year.
