House sales to foreigners decreased by 27.0% to 3,350 units in February compared to the same month of the previous year. In February, the share of house sales to foreigners in total house sales was 4.2%. Antalya took the first place in house sales to foreigners with 1,261 units. Antalya was followed by Istanbul with 1,133 house sales and Mersin with 225 house sales, respectively.
In February, citizens of the Russian Federation bought 1,183 houses from Turkey. Russians were followed by Iran with 446 units, Iraq with 173 units and Ukraine with 142 units, respectively.
