According to information received from Libyan diplomatic sources, Libya wants to establish a unity state model with Turkey to create economic and cultural integrity, especially the army.
The Libyan state also wants the oil and natural gas extracted in the country to be marketed through Turkey and a strategy to be created for this purpose.
There are also plans to request Turkish teachers from Turkey to teach Turkish as a second language in schools.
