The Omani Ministry of State for Defense has revealed that it plans to buy Bayraktar TB2 drones from Turkey’s Baykar. No numbers of drones that to be purchased were disclosed. If the procurement is actualized, Oman will be the second Gulf country buying Bayraktar drones after Qatar.
More than ten countries have either bought the prominent drone brand or showed interest in it until now.
