Riyadh’s plans to build an anti-aircraft defence system for its giant desert project Neom are likely to be handed to Turkey’s Aselsan, which beats its rival European missile manufacturer MANDA to the job, intelligenceonline.com reports.
Aselsan, Roketsan and several other Turkish companies are now working on to establish “steel dome” for Turkish territories.
Details about potential Aselsan deal to establish a steel dome for Neom city are yet to be announced.
