A columnist from Turkish daily POSTA has commented in his column that Turkey may soon take revenge from the UAE, which lobbies against Turkey and support anti-Turkey parties in conflicts ongoing in the Middle East. Author Hakan Çelik reminded that the UAE funded FETO’s failed coup in 2016. Zayed’s country also collaborated with Assad, supported al-Shabaab in Somalia and recently supplied weapons to renegade General Haftar in Libya.

The UAE is blamed for being behind all evil leaders and groups in the group. While Turkey has just watched its anti-Turkey activities with patience, Çelik says it will give a harsh response to the UAE. Yet, he did not mention whether Turkey’s response will be diplomatic or military.
