A plane belonging to Russian Special Flight Squadron landed in Washington D.C. on Tuesday. This types of planes are generally used by high-ranked Kremlin officials. Departure location of the plane seems to be Leniningrad-St. Petersburg.
It is claimed that peace negotiations over Ukraine between the USA and Russia begun. Yet, whether Ukrainian government was informed about secret meetings is yet to be known.
