According to Sheri P. Rosenberg, “Genocide Is a Process, Not an Event.” If we look at the history of the world, all genocide started with racism. If we look at the pattern of racism, it always started with insecurity. During a depression or economic crisis, the opportunist political leaders put all blame on one group. But before the opportunists gain attention, right and wrong must be redefined. People must start thinking irrational to be rational and rational to be irrational. For this to happen, social engineering must take place. When people are disconnected from one another in real life and connected virtually, the tech masters can do any sort of social engineering. They can change the algorithm to meet the ultimate goal. When people are mentally disturbed and engineered, it is easy for opportunists to gain attention and accomplish their evil deeds.
A nation can never be racist if the political elites are not racists. If we look at the pattern of all racist attacks, it starts with the creation of a utopia. Then the political leaders present a group of people to be a threat and obstacle to the utopian society. Without economic depression, racism can’t survive. This is why we have always seen that greed and hunger are always behind racism. It is economic depression that affects an entire population and it helps the opportunists to reach out to a massive population who listen to them with great attention. This is how the opportunists exploit the mind of the masses. The masses start supporting collective punishment. They don’t listen to what is right and wrong. They want to eradicate the group they see as an obstacle to their utopia.
When I look at history, I always see that a nation is always defeated for falling behind the warfare generation. The first generation of warfare was frontline warfare. The second generation of warfare was guerrilla warfare. The third generation of warfare changed history. The colonialists employed this warfare effectively. They created business and interest groups. Once they gained influence, they took over the area. Ottomans didn’t take timely action to adopt the third generation of warfare and this is why they were isolated and surrounded from all sides and were defeated. In 4th generation warfare, the masses are turned into racists and motivated to fight for their utopia.
But 5th generation warfare changed everything. Powerful countries create racist groups in the land they want to invade. They use the utopia-charged idiots to create havoc in the country and cause economic turmoil there. Once the people start becoming mentally disturbed, they use the opportunist populist activists and political leaders to exploit their minds and isolate them from the entire region and make the people do what serves the powerful countries. The interests of the people and the groups are contradictory most of the time. The last stage is direct invasion using their own or dedicated proxy groups. So, a nation that wants to face the 5th generation of warfare successfully, must ensure that the opportunists can’t switch the blame on particular groups.
As racism is used as 5th generation warfare which has multiple different components to bring out the best result, the government and the people must take extraordinary and multi-layer actions. There are five steps to fighting racism. At first, the core of the depression should be addressed. Secondly, the nation should control all activities that are part of negative social engineering. Thirdly, the instigator and the opportunists should be handled effectively. Fourthly, the bigger threat should be presented in front of people and explained to them how racism will hurt them in the face of the bigger threat. Fifthly, present them with a realistic and better Utopia. In this way, the Utopia backed by racism will be defeated.
