Speaking at an iftar with the Diyarbakır mothers, President Erdoğan said: “As Turkey we stand by our brothers and sisters in Al-Quds and all the Muslims in the Palestinian geography today as well, as has always been the case.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with the Diyarbakır mothers, who carry out a sit-in protest in front of the HDP’s provincial office to reunite with their children that were abducted by the PKK terrorist organization, at Vahdettin Mansion in Istanbul.
Addressing the mothers at the meeting, President Erdoğan said: “We have since the very beginning followed with appreciation the struggle you have been putting up to reunite with your beloved children that were deceived by the PKK terrorist organization and its political extensions and taken away from you.”
“THE WORLD WILL HAVE BETRAYED ITSELF UNLESS IT CAN PROTECT AL-QUDS AND MUSLIMS”
Underscoring that the world will have betrayed itself unless it can protect Al-Quds and Muslims, President Erdoğan said: “As Turkey we stand by our brothers and sisters in Al-Quds and all the Muslims in the Palestinian geography today as well, as has always been the case.”
President Erdoğan stated that Turkey has already started the necessary initiatives to mobilize all relevant international organizations, the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in particular.
